Let's face it, Burundi is probably at its worse low ever. People are massacred by the order of the chiefs of police, no respect of civil society: There is a pure anarchy in this nation.
There are more than 3 rebel groups in gestation or already born and the president keeps saying it's business as usual.
What's worse, the Government account balance is -35 Billion BIF which is about 29 Million USD.
There is a time to stop, and I think this is it! There is no benefactor who will give its hard earned money to an irresponsible government, to a government that will pocket the aid. In fact most of donor countries are also struggling economically!
