Terror to Burundian Refugees in Tanzania

So that the world will have no excuse of ignorance, the violation of Human rights as described by a refugee in the message below is happenning as you read this message...What to do what to do is the puzzling question refugees still fearing for their security are asking themselves and the world!  Please keep reading and excuse the spelling because this message is raw and posted as is.

"Dear Partner, since the May 22nd 2012, the arrival of armed military

troops surarounding Mtabila Burundian refugee camp is causing
damages: torture, rape, etc. On the June 15, the nocturnal raid was
organised and operated to Mr Nzobatorana Charles (former head teacher,
zone D, road 6), Mr Ndikuriyo Alexis (former IRC/CBR Social worker,
zone C, road 3) and 2 pastors of zone C . One the July 17th, the same
comb-out had been to 21 pastors where they were invited in the meeting
with the delegation from Burundi, in the operation that Mtabila refugee
 camp commandant called "The battle of fighting against religious
leaders and intellectual persons". The arrested are in Kasulu prison;
among them 6 pastors where liberated under condition of 400,000
Tanzanian shillings payment. Does Tanzania Government or some
authorities benefit income from refugees? On the July 26th, rape was
comited by two soldiers to two girs, women had been beatten, it was very near
the refugee camp in zone D, where they were searching for firewood.
The firewood is distributed to refugees who are able to collect and
pay 150,000shillings. All these ignoble acts are the way of the forced
 repatriation by Tanzanian Governerment in compliance with Burundian governerment and the local UNHCR via corruption."
