Pierre Nkurunziza was greeted by a crowd of Burundians demonstrating against the abuse, the corruption and the intolerance of his government. Those demonstrating promised to follow his excellency wherever he goes around Europe.
This is probably not an advantage to a president likely to run for presidency next year. What is known is that CNDD-FDD is becoming unpopular both inside and outside the country.
